These terms cover your use of this website, getorla.ai, which is operated by Relay Labs Ltd, Dublin, Ireland ("we"). By using the site you accept them. Use of the Orla application itself is governed by a separate agreement between Relay Labs and each clinic — not by this page.
What this site is
An informational overview of Orla, a practice-management product for allied-health clinics that is currently pre-launch. Content on this site describes what the product does and what is planned; screenshots and worked examples are illustrative. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and features, availability and pricing may change before launch.
Not medical advice, not a medical device
Orla is practice-management and administrative software. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for the judgement of a registered healthcare professional.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, the Orla name and mark — belongs to Relay Labs Ltd. You may read, link to, and quote it fairly with attribution. You may not copy the site or pass its content off as your own, and nothing here grants any licence to the Orla software.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities other than to report them to us, or use its content to mislead. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@relaylabs.ie and we will take it seriously.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relay Labs Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site's content or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site.
